Beans French Snipped 5X2# are pre-trimmed haricots verts packed in five 2-pound units. Selected for uniform sizing and tender texture from established commercial growers, the beans require minimal prep and hold color well after cooking. Professional kitchens blanch, sauté, or steam them for plated sides, incorporate into composed salads, or use as a component in vegetable medleys.
