- Edible Orchid Flowers — 50 count (one bloom per plate)
- Micro Basil — 4 oz (the green that makes dessert and savory plates look finished)

How chefs use it
One orchid on a tart or panna cotta. Two mixed petals on a canapé. A pinch of micro basil on anything that needs a fresh edge. Keep clamshells closed and cold; plate just before service.
Questions people actually ask
Is micro basil edible on dessert?
Yes. It is a culinary microgreen. A few leaves next to chocolate or citrus is a standard pastry move.
How many plates will this cover?
Plan on 40–50 plated desserts if you use one orchid plus a couple of mixed petals per plate, with basil as the accent.
What's the difference vs the cake kit?
The cake kit is violas + pansies + orchids for covering a cake. This kit is mixed flowers + orchids + micro basil for individual plates.
